§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

   1. performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR),

   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – survey request or answering a few questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the consent terms.
